Owned and operated by seven brothers from Greece, Dover Straits focuses on treating every guest like family. With an extensive history in hospitality management, all seven Metropulos brothers collaboratively opened the Mundelein location in 1981. Having established themselves as a premier seafood restaurant, the brothers opened their second location in Hoffman Estates in 1989, offering the finest selection of seafood while providing guests with a comfortable and noble dining experience.
