Salmon Encroute - Wrapped in puff pastry with julienne vegetables and herbs.  Served over roasted creamy garlic sauce.

Imported Dover Sole - House specialty. From the cold waters off the White Cliffs of Dover comes this continental delicacy. Careful preparation has enhanced the taste of this fine fish. Served with almondine sauce. $M/P
